The Disney Parks Live-Entertainment Bracket -- Round Three, Day Four

I'm late! I'm late! I'm late!

Good morning, everyone! I apologize for getting today’s newsletter up a bit late. When I say it’s been a busy last couple weeks in my life (not for bad reasons, and also not for Disney or movie reasons), I mean that it has been an exceedingly busy last couple weeks in my life.

No excuses! And no time to waste! Time for voting!

(1) World of Color vs. (4) Wishes: We had two very close matches yesterday — to the point where I genuinely thought we might have to have a tiebreaker match today, which would have been a little annoying via Substack — and I do not doubt that today’s matches (at least this one) will also be close. But as the photo above demonstrates, I know what I’m choosing. World of Color is the best of Disney nighttime entertainment. (Yes, that means if it comes down to this and Fantasmic, I am choosing World of Color.) Accept no substitutes.

But that’s just me. How do you vote?

(2) Mickey and the Magical Map vs. (6) Dapper Dans (Disneyland): I won’t be shocked if the Dapper Dans fight their way into the Elite Eight, but I’m sticking with the very charming and sadly very no-longer-existent Mickey and the Magical Map. Mickey as a character is still kind of a nothing here, but I like the fusion of animation, live performances, and music here more than in most daytime shows.
