The Disney Theme-Park Background Music Bracket -- Round Four, Day One
...and these little beauties.
Well, folks, we’ve made it to the weekend. I don’t know about you all, but I’m ready for the rest that a weekend like this one…well, this one won’t have a lot of rest for me. (My wife is a high school teacher, and she oversees the senior prom, and did you know that in some schools, the prom takes place in April? Well, it does, and it is happening tomorrow, and I’m chaperoning the prom, and not for the first time, and it is not terribly exciting.)
But hey, the good news is that we’ve entered the Elite Eight of the Disney Theme Park Background Music bracket! Because we’ve got this close to the finale, we’re now scaling back to just one matchup per day. The eventual Final Four will be decided one day and one match at a time, starting with today’s vote.
You ready? Let’s go.
(8) Soarin’ queue loop vs. (2) Jungle Cruise (AWOL Airwaves - WDW) queue loop: I realize that some choices that I find easy, you find difficult. And vice versa. So I don’t know: you may find this choice hard. I do not. I will very comfortably tell you that my choice here is for the Soarin’ queue loop. I like both of these loops, and listen to them, or some variation of them, often enough.
But when I’m voting for these loops, what I am primarily asking myself is, “Which of these would relax me more?” The answer here is that the Soarin’ queue loop, comprised of a series of rousing scores from different big-budget movies (not just from Disney films, too), would relax me a fair bit more. If the Jungle Cruise loop wins, I won’t be sad, but it’s not my choice.
What do you think?
Soarin’ Queue
Jungle Cruise (AWOL Airwaves)
Voting for Jungle Cruise in this one, because it's the one that sets the theme best!
We voted for Soarin!
