Easy, easy round for me. I’ve always found Arrested Development massively overrated , even before the Netflix run. Cheers deserves all its hype and then some.
I had a lot of fun with the gang at Cheers until Kirstie Alley joined, not so much after that. I was a latecomer to Arrested Development. When I tried to watch it first-run, it wasn't for me. By the time it went to streaming, I gave it another try and immediately became addicted to it. Cheers was a fun family show and Arrested Development is a very dysfunctional family show, but I find I can't go back to laugh tracks and simple resolutions. It was an easy choice for me.
I watched the first AD episode and bailed, but later tried it again on DVD and loved the show. But I think the show doesn't click until Ron Howard figured out the right tone as narrator, and that took a few episodes.

I love both of these shows, but Cheers should rightfully take this one. I actually feel quite good about the final four.
I love Arrested Development, but it's hard to imagine voting against Cheers.
