I hate voting against live-action from Walt’s time, especially a performance as strong and influential as Newton’s, but Eartha Kitt’s turn as Yzma is a top 10, if not top 5 for the studio’s voice work.
In fact, at a D23 panel showing off videos from WDAS’s archives, footage of her recording “ Tell us where the talking llama is AND we'll burn your house to the ground” was shown next to similar footage of James Earl Jones and Jodi Benson with the same (maybe greater) amount of applause.
If this somehow comes down to Kronk vs Yzma I will never forgive you.
"Take him out of town and finish the job, NOW!"
"But what about dinner?"
"....Kronk, this is kind of important."
"What about dessert?"
"Ah- ...well, I suppose there's time for dessert."
"And coffee?"
"Alright, a quick cup of coffee. THEN TAKE HIM OUT OF TOWN AND FINISH THE JOB!!"
Eartha Kitt was a badass, and she made Yzma her as funny as she did scary beyond all reason.
Paul Newman is badass regardless of eyewear.

I can't believe it, but we actually agree on all of these. Hurt to vote against Sarah Silverman, but it had to happen.
