The day has finally come where I must vote against Soarin’ and The Rocketeer. Sorry, James Horner, but the Epcot entrance plaza is the perfect marriage of form and function. It sounds like it looks and it looks like it feels and it feels like it sounds.
In a battle between these two, there is no loser. And while the Soarin' queue loop is filled with soaring optimism and beauty, the EPCOT Center entrance loop is filled with soaring optimism, beauty, and nostalgia. No matter how much I love the Soarin' loop (and I've listened to it for hours while working), it's not possible for me to vote against Retro EPCOT. But what a great final round!!
