You want to talk about mentally agile cast members, check out Laugh Floor at like 1 in the morning when the audience is super slim pickings. It was awesome.
I'm honestly shocked at how well Laugh Floor works. We were at WDW last month (5 years since our previous trip) and it still works. It's fun, it's funny, the audience seems to always like it. It's a surprisingly successful attraction.
Next round if they both win I'm voting for Alice over Splash. Just strictly as a ride the I prefer Alice over Disneyland version of Splash which does not compare to WDW's version.

I was “that guy” once at Laugh Floor. They made me dance like 4 times. It was so awesome; the cast are great.
