I love the brackets but find it harder to vote everyday here on substack- maybe to both lighten your load and help with the move to substack make them 48 hr polls instead of 24 hr?
Let’s go meta next time. A bracket of bracket ideas! Or whatever. I’ve really enjoyed the brackets over the years, and while I hope they continue, you’ve got to let your conscious be you guide 🙂
I must echo the sentiment. I’d quite frankly, be quite sad to see them go. They’ve been a big source of joy throughout some dark years. HOWEVER, if they don’t bring you joy, you do not owe your followers anything.
I love your commentary, but I can tell that’s a ton of work. Maybe you take breaks between every bracket, and not feel obligated to do the commentary. That may make them less overwhelming.
Love the brackets and want to see more. I miss the Twitter debates/convos around the brackets but enjoyed the Substack community. I also do not mind a few non-supersize ones - it’s fun to get to the winner more quickly sometimes.
I love the brackets so much! If I’m not on the app I don’t always vote as often as I’d like (even if I read the articles) because of Substack’s sign-in process. As other’s have said, I miss the instant conversations that would happen on Twitter, but it doesn’t stop me from checking in and reading/voting.
Keep ‘em coming! 😊

I'd miss the brackets if you chose to discontinue them. It's one of the only things in my inbox I actually like seeing.

I really enjoy the brackets! (And the idea of a theme park background music bracket....yes PLEASE)
I look forward to your daily email. Both to vote but also to read what you came up with. I will miss them even if it is just for a couple weeks.

deserved!!
These are always fun. And enlightening in a lot of ways.
I loved the brackets; they’ve brought me so much happiness! But I know how much work they must be and I would understand whatever you chose!
Please take a break but would love to see the brackets continue!
I would very much want some more!
Look forward to this daily. When you're ready, keep doing it. I'd even be happy to help if you need it.
Please continue! I love the brackets.
